I cleaned my linen closet ( why do they call it that? my towels aren't made of linen, nor are the 47 other items taking up shelf space) and found some interesting things. None of which I trashed because " I might need that someday". Still have some size 12 -16 clothes in the attic. Why? Who the hell knows? I can't wear them, not going to diet, not going to try to diet - so what's the point? I have managed to force myself into having a garage sale. I have made a deal with myself (and the Devil) that if I do not de- clutter, he may collect my soul. He may win- I haven't pulled the first thing down from the attic to sell. I am looking around my office here and wondering why I hang on to all this stuff. Behind me is a wardrobe which houses all the clothes that do not fit into the wardrobe in the bedroom( not that we have a lot of clothes we have very small wardrobes) and everything is lying on top of each other as the rail broke free from its mounting. D has been going to fix it for hmm, well what seems forever. Now if I need something I open the door with one hand , the other holding back the mountain of clothes that are ready to spill forth out onto the floor! Glad I am not alone in thinking what would be said about my housekeeping prowess if I were to die suddenly and strangers came into my house. LOL Oh Lita,
