How quaint . . . Did I ever mention that I wanted to be Joan Jett or possibly, Pat Benatar?
Joan Jett and the Blackhearts:
Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band:
and of course, Queen:
More later. Peace

To be technical, “I Love Rock ‘N Roll” is actually not a Joan Jett song…

Yes, but I love her version. Thanks for commenting.
You go girl! Great videos too! They said similar things about that Motown sound that I grew up with. I started out wanting to sing like Smokey Robinson or Dennis Edwards, then all sorts of rock stars when I got into it as a teen. I finally settled on guys like Geddy Lee and David Gilmour, who seem closer to my own personality. Of course I can barely do a passable Gilmour in reality! 😀
Motown is the bomb. Heh, heh, heh. Love me some Smokey Robinson. I didn’t realize until I had posted that I had put the YouTube links in incorrectly, so the post now has the actual videos instead of just links. Thanks for the comments.
